The buying experience was as we expected. Hunter did a great job answering our questions. Shipment was quick for the enclosure and projector. Only negative is the enclosure assembly instructions are subpar. I did look to YouTube which helped but not as complete as I’d hoped. Review would have been a 5 star with better instructions. Two sets of hands are very helpful.

As with everything else I have purchased from SIG, the SIG8 Simulator Enclosure is awesome. Really high quality and looks great in our set up. Only thing I would say is the instructions could be a bit more clear in a lot of ways. You ultimately don't want all the fittings to go fully into the connecting pieces - and that is not explained well at all in the instructions. Seems like this is a common issue from when I have read others say online - and it forced my brother and I another 90min to fully deconstruct and then rebuild with the proper depth in connectors.

Hello Matthew, Thank you for your review! We are working on a solution for that currently as it is not intuitive to only put the poles in 4 inches, and the insert of the instructions get missed all the time. Let us know if you need anything else!
